THE MODERN WAY... In a comfortable, spacious,
fully equipped 2, 3 or 4 bedroom, condo or villa for about
the same price as a hotel room. All units have a fully equipped
kitchen to make a snack or cook an entire meal, and come
with the convenience of an in unit washer and dryer. Shopping,
dining, golf and area attractions are only minutes from
your doorstep.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION
1. Reservation:
The signing of ourreservation form confirms the acceptance of
the terms and conditions below and shall be binding to all persons
intending to occupy the premises. Each reservation will be confirmed
by first class mail upon receipt of a signed reservation form
and deposit check.
2. Deposit and Balance: A reservation deposit
of $100.00 will hold your vacation dates. The full balance is
due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival.
3. Methods of Payment: Personal check, Money
Order, Travelers Cheques, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card (a
$4.00 convenience fee will be applied to all payments made by
credit card).
4. Returned Check Policy: There is a $30.00 fee
charged for any personal checks returned unpaid.
5. Security Deposit (required on first time stays):
Your $100.00 security deposit will be mailed back to you 3 weeks
after your departure providing there are no breakages, missing
items or damages to the premises and/or contents, long distance
telephone charges or cleaning costs other than those normally
incurred in connection with the occupancy of the premises.
6. Unpaid Balances: If the balance of the sum
due as shown on the confirmation sheet remains unpaid 30 days
prior to the date of arrival, the reservation will be canceled
and all monies paid will be forfeited.
7. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 30 days
prior to your arrival date, all monies paid will be refunded.
For cancellations less than 30 days prior to your arrival date,
all monies paid will be forfeited unless you re-schedule your
vacation dates; then all monies paid will be applied toward your
new reservation. The new reservation dates must be used within
a 12 month period from the original reservation dates depending
on our availability.
