Description: This beautifully furnished 4 bedroom, 3-bath condo, sleeps up to 9 people plus an infant. It overlooks the pool, hot tub, clubhouse, tennis court and lake. It is just the place to stay when you are on vacation in the Disney area. It's a beautiful accommodation in a relaxing atmosphere with all the comforts of home....

The master bedroom has a king bed and a full private bath with a soothing Jacuzzi tub. The 2nd bedroom, has 2 twin beds, there is another king bed in the 3rd bedroom and the 4th bedroom has a triple bunk bed which sleeps 2 people on the lower level and 1 person on the top bunk. This unit features 6 cable TV’s (32” TV in living room), HBO, VCR, stereo, Play Station 2 with games, magnetic dart board, and a 3-in-1 game table in the family room that converts from a table to eat on, turn the top over to play cards or take the top off and enjoy a game of bumper pool.

In the clubhouse, you will find a fully equipped work-out center, full size pool table and an air hockey table; all at no additional charge.

There is a refreshing nice size free form pool and hot tub to relax in when you come home from those tiring days at the theme parks.

This resort is adjacent to an outdoor mall with a variety of stores including a grocery store, liquor store, and many fine restaurants such as Carrabbas, Outback Steak House, Cracker Barrel, Red Lobster and TGI Fridays, just to name a few.

This is truly a Great Place to Stay and very close to all of the Disney World Theme Parks and attractions.

Payments and Policies:
DEPOSITS AND BALANCE:
A deposit of $100.00 (USD) will hold your vacation dates. The full balance is due no later that 30 days prior to your arrival.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:
Personal check, Money Order, Travelers Cheques, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card (a $3.00 convenience fee will be applied to all payments made by credit card).

RETURNED CHECK POLICY:
There is a $30.00 fee charged for any personal checks returned unpaid.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: (required on 1st time stays)
The $100.00 security deposit will be mailed back to you 3 weeks after your departure providing there are no breakages, missing items or damages to the premises and/or contents, long distance telephone charges or additional cleaning costs other than those normally incurred in connection with the occupancy of the premises.

UNPAID BALANCES:
If the balance of the sum due as shown on the confirmation sheet remains unpaid 30 days prior to the date of arrival, the reservation will be cancelled and all monies paid will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel 30 days prior to your arrival date, all monies paid less a $50 cancellation fee will be refunded. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, all monies paid will be forfeited unless you re-schedule your vacation dates; then all monies paid less a $50.00 cancellation fee will be applied toward your new reservation. The new reservation dates must be used within a 12 month period from the original reservation dates depending on availability.
